He is survived by: his wife Sylvia A. Pennington; his children, Steve Pennington, Jeff Pennington and Sharon Hawkins (Max) of Junction City; his grandchild Ashley Bowman; and his sisters, Carolyn Foster and Nelda Hogue. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
