She is survived by: her children, Treva Cates (Charlie Hogue) of Junction City, Tonda Smith (Elvis) of Fordyce, Terry Wilson of Junction City, Randy Lewis (Charlotte) of Homer, LA and Mark Lewis (Joy) of Camden, AR.; her grandchildren, Ashley Westbrook of Junction City, Shana, Kevin Smith of Homer, LA, Eric Lewis of Shreveport, LA, Brooke Wilson, Kaitlyn Borden of West Monroe, LA, Ethan Wilson of Florida, JadeAnn Wilson of Hot Springs, AR, Brice Smith of Conway, AR, Devon Chambliss of Fordyce, Jeffery Lewis and Kristy Cox of Benton, AR; and her aunt Laverne Mullenix of Fort Smith, AR.. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home - Junction City (110 W 2nd St, Junction City, AR 71749). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Roselawn Cemetery fund in memory of Myrtle Ann Lewis.
