He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lonnie Pepper, Jr., Jesse H. Pepper and Martha Nelson; and his grandson Patrick Pepper, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Green Pepper; his children, Robert S. Pepper (Christy), James T. Pepper (Nancy), Patrick W. Pepper (Stephanie) and Kelly R. Pepper; his grandchildren, Chelsea Hightower (Hunter), Logan Pepper, John T. Pepper, Bailey Snider, Mason Snider, Reagan Terwilliger (Daniel), Corey Pepper, Alex Pepper, Kaylee Pepper, Savannah Blackhorse and Ethan Langley; and his great grandchildren, Preston Pepper and Bjorn Terwilliger.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to the American Legion or the VFW.
