He is survived by: his wife Tonya Bell; his children, Justin Blake Bell (Gerra) of Osceola, AR, Ryan Hunter Bell (Margarita) of Jonesboro, AR, Mark Anthony Bell (Rachel) of Keiser, AR, David Thomas Bartlett (Kayli Haaland) of Lincoln, MO and Serina Elizabeth Bell (Cole Scott) of Keiser, AR; his siblings, Ray Bell (Barbara) of Keiser, AR, Carolyn Sellars of Osceola, AR and Lore Pilgrim (Ricky) of Keiser, AR; his grandchildren, Brayden, Anna, Remy, Daxx, Knoxx, MiKayla, McKinley, Ryan Jr., Jacob, Emma, Aly, Xander, Niomi, Hayden, Khloie, Liberty, Bentley, Elouise, Olivia and Bryson; and his great grandchild Mikel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
