He is survived by: his parents, Gilberto Soto and Minerva Soto (Mendoza) of San Miguel, California; his brother Leonardo Soto of San Miguel, California; and his grandparents, Maximino, Maria Soto of Kensett, Tomas and Maria Mendoza of Paso Robles, California.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and many friends.
