He is survived by: his wife Cindy Mobley; his daughters, Recinda Brumfiel and Tabitha Jenkins (Mike) of Kokomo, Indian; and his siblings, Jimmy Mobley (Lynda), Harlon Mobley (Jean), Dwight Mobley (Jewell), Van Mobley, Wendell Mobley (Ruby), Owen Mobley (Renee) and Juanita Cherry of Abilene, Texas.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
