He was predeceased by: his father Preston Hadley, Sr.; and his nephew Byron Guye. He is survived by: his mother Bobbie Hadley of Kensett; his children, Spencer Hadley (Vanessa) of Kensett, Amy Garrison of Oklahoma, Brittany Perry of Oklahoma and Jennifer Garrison of Oklahoma; and his siblings, Preston Hadley, Jr. (Glenda) of Kensett, Clarence Hadley, Sr. (Barbara) of Kensett, Anett Hadley of Atlanta, Wanda Dandridge (Al) of Kensett and Ilene Steel (Montel) of Kensett. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
