She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Alton, Sue O'Neal, Huey and Edrese Cogburn. She is survived by : her parents, James Alton O'Neal, Jr. and Quin Johnson; her husband Adam Coffman of Kirby; her stepparents, Susan O'Neal of Murfreesboro and Jack Johnson of Kirby; her daughters, Hallie Coffman (Scott Weems) and Hannah Coffman (Josh Butler); and her siblings, Nathan, Hayley O'Neal of Hope, Chris, Tennille Johnson of Kirby and Cindi Johnson of Fort Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
