He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Cook and Oleva Blevins White Cook; his significant other Twyla Woodall Cook; his son Rodney Cook; his brother Chester Gage; his grandmother Minnie "Granny" Cook; his brothers-in-law, Bobby Reece and Bobby Sweeden; and his close friend Willard Turner.
He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Cook of Kirby; his grandchildren, Christopher Cook (Dee), Christina Main (Zach) and Calli Busby (Michael Cates); his great grandchildren, Christian, London, Easton, Stetson and Ella; his pet Lucy; and his sisters, Wanda Sweeden of Murfreesboro and Ruth Cooper of Maryland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, his church family; and a host of wonderful friends.
