He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl Vallance; his father Cleveland Ramsey; and his sister Patricia Brewer. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Ramsey of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his mother Pauline Ramsey of Pocahontas, Arkansas; and his siblings, Ronnie Hart (Janit) of Pocahontas, Arkansas and Diane Winebaugh of Pocahontas, Arkansas. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
