He is survived by: his mother Sue Kayser; his wife Melinda Wiggins (Williamson); his children, Jeremy Wiggins, Michael A. Wiggins, Robert Wiggins, Jessica Summers, Ashley Gardner and Alexis Dawn Wiggins; and his brothers, Kerry Wiggins and Sonny Wiggins. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
