He is survived by: his mother Norma of Lake City; his sister Tracy Rhodes (David) of Little Rock; his nieces, Elizabeth Spurlock of Apopka, FL, Zoe Rhodes of Logan, UT and Mattie Rhodes of Little Rock; his brother William G. Spurlock (Courtney) of Apopka, FL; and his cousins, Louis Nettles, Ron Bowman, Mark Bowman and Michael Mize. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.
