Roy Lynn Kelems Obituary

Roy Kelems, 69, of Lake City, passed away on March 26, 2026. He was born on November 14, 1956 to Elmer and Flossie Kelems. Roy was a pastor and preached from 1985 until his passing. He was a city council man for The City of Caraway for six and a half years. Roy was also a police officer of The City of Caraway for many years.

Survivors include, his wife, Shannon Kelems; sons, Shaun kelems, Dustin Kelems (Erin); brother, Ricky Kelems; sister, Melvina Richardson; step- children, Mena Bratton (Justin), Maicy Ballard (Dylan), Madix Blake; grandchild, Keely Sadler (Justin), Sydney Kelems (Jake Richey), Noah Kelems, Connor Kelems, Wesley Kelems, Alexy Kelems, Eli Kelems, Brian Kelems, Grace Bratton, Kolton Bratton; great- grandchildren, Jackson Sadler, Luke Sadler.

Roy is preceded in death by parents; first wife, Devra Kelems; second wife, Lisa McFall.

The family will receive friends and family on Monday, March 30, 2026 at Faith Funeral Service Chapel in Manila from 1:00p.m. until 2:00p.m. A graveside service will begin at 2:30p.m. at Caraway Cemetery in Caraway Arkansas with Heath Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow at Caraway Cemetery.
