He was predeceased by: his parent J. W. Scrivner; his grandmother Lillian Scrivner; and his sister Sue Huff. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Scrivner; his children, Detra Coleman (Randell) of Oxford, Mississippi, Jason Scrivner (Jackie) of Greenville, Mississippi and Ashlee Scrivner of Lake Village, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Alan Scrivner, Madison Scrivner of Greenville, Mississippi and Olivia Coleman of Oxford, Mississippi; his great grandchild James William Scrivner; his siblings, Ned Scrivner (Sheila) of Snyder, Arkansas and Gail Seamans (Jerry) of Lake Village, Arkansas; his brother-in-law Frank McCool (Lisa) of Southaven, Mississippi; and his brother Donnie Clark (Angie) of West Monroe, Louisiana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
