Eugene Wilson Obituary
Mr. Eugene Wilson was born April 7, 1959 to the late Matilda Johnson and Mack Jackson in Lake Village, Arkansas. He departed this life Monday, September 19, 2022 at his home surrounded by family.
Eugene accepted Christ at an early age at Seven Star Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. J. Chesterfield. He was a graduate of Lake Village High School. He possessed a gift of artistic ability in drawing and calligraphy. Eugene worked many years for Ray Black Farms and on the Quarter Boat.
He was preceded in death by his parents Matilda Johnson and Mack Jackson and (3) brothers; Jerry Lee Wilson, Blane Rone and Jimmy Lee Rone.
Eugene leaves to cherish his memory (4) children; Sheldon Wilson, Derrick (Monica) Wilson, Sr., Shandria Wilson and Rabiyah (Leon) Esters all of Lake Village, Arkansas, (7) brothers; George (Brenda) Wade of Columbia, Tennessee, Clarence Rone Jr., Anthony Rone, Barry (Tawan) Rone, and Fredrick Morgan all of Lake Village, Arkansas, Mack (Everteen) Jackson III of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Terry (Quanita) Jackson of Grand Prairie, Texas, (5) sisters; Shirley (John) Williams and Mary J. Tillman of Little Rock, Arkansas, Gwen (David) Coleman of Arlington, Texas, Nora Jackson or Keller, Texas, Gloria (Alvin) Taylor of Mayflower, Texas, (24) grandchildren, (5) great-grandchildren, a special childhood friend Willie McJoy Jr. and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
