He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Eugene Williams and Alice Lee McMillian; and his siblings, James Handy, Sr., Joyce and Gail.
He is survived by: his wife Jamie S. Chaffin Williams of Lake Village; and his children, Rocky Eugene Williams of Paris, Mike Tucker (Cindi) of Dacula and Betty Jo West of Greenville, Mississippi.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and four great- grandchildren.
