He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Fortier of Lakeview, Arkansas; his children, Randy Fortier (Sheila) of LaPlace, Louisianna, Joe Fortier of Red Wing, Larry Fortier of Eagan, Minnesota, Margaret Louis (Steve) of Winchester, Carol Fortier of Zimmerman, Barb Abendroth (Carroll) of Shakopee, Anna Otto (Mitch) of Queen Creek, Arizona, Kathy Miller (John) of Abilene and Nancy Rasmussen (Tom) of Lakeville, Minnesota; and his siblings, Daryl Fortier of Palm Harbor, Gary Fortier of Hudson, Len Fortier of Clearwater, Florida and Sandie Woeltge of North Branch, Minnesota.. He is also survived by 14 grandsons; 14 granddaughters; 18 great grandsons and 20 great granddaughters.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Christian Church of Mountain Home (1365 Eastside Center Ct, Mountain Home, AR 72653).
