We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2023, at the age of 83, Charles Vance of Lamar, Arkansas, born in Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Doyle Richard and Grace Marie Vance (Royer); and his grandparents, Charles and Cleta Marie Royer. He is survived by : his wife Sally Vance; his children, Dawn Hawkins (Mark), Annie Garcia and Joe Vance (Laura); and his grandchildren, Sierra Garcia, Michael, Westley Vance (Jamie), Krysten Vance, Brandy Horrell (Billy), Joshua Hawkins (Liz) and Steven Hawkins. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends.
