He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Frantz and Verna Frantz (Freeling); and his siblings, Ronald Frantz, Evelyn Cauldwell, Peggy Frantz and Margarette Frantz.
He is survived by: his children, David Allen Frantz, Shannon Barkley-Frantz (David Noyes) and Tara Frantz (Derrick Partin); his grandchildren, Crystal, Daniel, Keaton, Rhayven, Rhianna Frantz, Ashley Arredondo-Smith, Tyler Turner, Erin, John and Summer Newberry; and his brother Herb Frantz. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
