He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Neola Alma Warren (Crotts); and his siblings, William Junior Warren (Florence), Finis Lee Warren and Georgia Marie Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Kit Louise Warren (Lewis) of Lamar; his children, Jarret Michael Warren of Fort Smith and Britni Erin Conaway (Warren) of Rogers; his grandchildren, Brennan Conaway, Dawson Conaway and Emrie Conaway; and his sister-in-law Patsy Warren (Reynolds).
