It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen G. Billingsley of Lamar, Arkansas, who passed away on March 19, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fulks and Drusilla Helms Fulks; and her siblings, James Fulks, David Fulks, Ellis Fulks, Thurlo Fulks, Mildred Barham, Vada Fulks and Evelyn Patrick (Ronnie Kocher).
She is survived by: her husband Dexter Billingsley; her children, Kevin, Kim Billingsley, Karen, Billy Casey, Pam and David Norman; her siblings, Wilma Jean Lawrence and Richard (Pam Fulks); her grandchildren, Nicholas Billingsley, Katie Casey, Grant, Amber Harmon, Jessie Casey and Ryan Harmon; and her great grandchildren, Mason Casey and Grayson Harmon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
