It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessica Palmer of Lamar, Arkansas, born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Manvil Lafelt Palmer; and her sister Crystal Palmer. She is survived by : her mother Teresa Ruthann (Daniel); her fiancé Joshua Burnett; her parents-in-law, Jerry Burnett Sr., Joe and Latuana Bolduc; her siblings, Valerie Houston (Curtis), Tina Nichols, Susan Kemp, Josh Nichols, Jerry Burnett Jr., Charity Burnett, Joseph Burnett, Faith Burnett, Josiah Burnett and Katie Burnett; her nieces and nephews, Deaven Weaver, Darrin Weaver, Tyler DeBusk, Ryan Houston, Victoria Moore and Codie Houston; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cali, Casey, Aaron, Brylee, Emberleigh, Aubree, Ivy, Violet, Rue and Gracie. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
