He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Burns and Shirley Etta Burns (Spradling); and his wife Eva Linton (Harrington). He is survived by: his son Jarimy Wade Burns; his stepchildren, Tony Linton, Jimmy Dean Cowell, Katrina Daniels and Derinda Speakman (Mooon); his sister Tanya Robinson (Burns); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Aidan Nathaniel Burns, Kensley JoyAnn Burns, Kyatin Guage Burns and Keegan Wyatt Pierce Burns.
