He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Fisher, Sr. and Iva Hammond Fisher; and his siblings, Bill Fisher, Jessie Fisher, Fred Fisher Jr. and Carol Hoing.

He is survived by: his wife Michelle McNeese Fisher; his children, Dillon Fisher, Maverick Fisher, Yancy English, Brittany Ragsdale (Klynn Odle) and Savannah Fisher; and his siblings, Roger Fisher (Debbie), Gordon Gibson and Rebecca Piper (John, Sr.). He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
