He was predeceased by : his parents, Charley Dodge and Ellen Lamarie Doak Dodge; his wife Betty Sue Davis Dodge; and his siblings, Henry Perry, Buell Perry, Loyd Dodge, Charley Dodge, Clyde Dodge, Jewell Henderson, Ora Bell Tumbleson, Rose Mae Galentine, Nora Pitts, Betty Jane Dodge and Omalene Marie Goldsmith.
He is survived by : his son Michael Dodge (Terry); and his sister Polly Holben.
