He is survived by: his children, Stacie Mendenhall of Lavaca, Becky Shah of Jane, MO and Jeffery Mendenhall of Pea Ridge, AR; and his brothers, Kenneth of Fort Smith and Mark Mendenhall of Fort Smith. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
