She is survived by: her husband Don Qualls; her daughters, Lisa Green (Stanley) of Fort Smith, Renata Smithson (Kenny) of Lavaca and Tamara Campbell (Hollis) of Dallas, TX; her stepchildren, Marcy Monchamp (Delton Kelley) of Van Buren and Donny Qualls (Darla) of Rogers, AR; her grandchildren, Eric Green (Jeanette), Amanda Howard (Corey), Zac Smithson (Caitlin), Drew Smithson (Tabitha), Chelsea Calhoun (Josh), Kaci Riveras and Emily Kaiser; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Ashton, Anna Kate Green, Adelie Grace, Weston, Wyatt Howard, Bri, Hattie, Cooper, Axel Smithson, Blakely Riveras and James Kaiser.
