He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Qualls and Lucille Qualls (Sykes); his wife Charlotte Qualls; his granddaughter Amber Rose Pelt; and his siblings, Paul Qualls, Eldon Qualls, Barbara Flickenschild and Darlene Ball.
He is survived by: his children, Donny Qualls (Darla) of Rogers, Arkansas, Marcy Monchamp (Delton Kelley) of Van Buren, Lisa Green (Stanley) of Fort Smith, Renata Smithson (Kenny) of Lavaca and Tamara Campbell (Hollis) of Dallas, Texas; and his sister Roxanne Rodger (Norman) of Cedarville, Arkansas.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
