He was predeceased by: his parents, Audie Douglas and Kathleen Douglas (Martin). He is survived by: his sisters, Sue Bly (Lawrence) of Lavaca and Bonnie Douglas of Fort Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Jay Bly (Dena) of Dewitt, Amy Overby (Randle) of Fort Smith, Marty Douglas (Tina) of Rudy, Stephanie Myers of Fort Smith and Robin Steiger of Greenwood.
