He is survived by: his children, Mark Phillips (Cora), Megan Phillips Montez (Robert), Melissa Real (Mike) and Jeff Phillips of Fort Smith; his stepchildren, Daniel Moulder (Josephine) and Jennifer Howard (Shawn); and his brother Garland Phillips of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is also survived by grandchildren; and (1) great-granddaughter.
