He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Coltrain and Maxine Coltrain (Williams); and his sister Lori Ann Coltrain. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia L. Coltrain (Gunderson); his children, Caitlyn Kilbreth (Michael Cagle) and Dr. Michael "Zack" E. Coltrain II (Leah) of Little Rock, AR; and his grandchildren, Lily, Evie, Jackson Kilbreth, Addi and Kaden Cagle. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
