He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Brown (Scarbrough); his mother Billie Fleming (Phil) of Lavaca; his children, Steven Loya (Stephanie) of Fort Smith, Jolene Loya of Fort Smith and Breanna Scarbrough; and his grandchildren, Arilynn, Carter, Jensen, Sawyer, Weston and Isabella.
