She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Williams and Lou Esther Patterson Williams; her husband Wallace Lloyd Foster; and her sisters, Wanda Elam and Nelda Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Lloyd Foster (Cheryl) of Lavaca, Randy Wallace Foster (Iris) of Pocola, Christopher Foster (Natalie) of Ratcliff, Arkansas and Mary Wooten (Roger) of Van Buren, Arkansas; and her siblings, Sula Pike (Harold) of Charleston, Linda Elam of Little Rock, Fay Baxter (David) of Winslow, Arkansas and Ray Williams of Fort Smith, Arkansas. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
