Deborah Kisner Obituary

Deborah Sue Kisner, 65, of Leachville, Arkansas passed away on September 10, 2025, at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born on April 7, 1960, in Leachville, Arkansas to Tommy and Allene Cullen McGrew. She was prepared to be with the Lord. She enjoyed crafting, fishing, and spending time with people close to her.

Survivors include; two sons: Michael Turnbow (Melinda) of Paragould, Arkansas and Jimmy Turnbow (Jennifer) of Monette, Arkansas; four sisters: Jennie Fleeman of Brookland, Arkansas, Ann Bowman, Marie DeWitt (Jessie) of Black Oak, Arkansas, and Betty Kisner (Eric) of Buckeye, Arkansas; three grandchildren: Michael Turnbow, Jr., Misty Turnbow, and Jay Turnbow; five great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by; her parents: Tommy and Allene McGrew; two brothers: Harold McGrew and Frank McGrew; and one sister: Jean Loveless.

To honor her wishes the family is have a small gathering to celebrate her life.
