John Timothy Scott Obituary

John Timothy Scott, 66, of Leachville, Arkansas passed away on July 11, 2026 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born on May 19, 1960 to Thomas and Betty Scott. John was of Baptist faith and also enjoyed golfing. When he wasn't spending time with his family, he loved spending time outdoors and fishing.

Survivors include his wife; Sue Scott; mother, Betty Scott; son, John Michael Scott; brother, Thomas "Biff" Scott; grandchildren, Samuel, Wasley, Blake, Jaxson, Lane, and Devin Scott.

John is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Scott; sons, Matthew Blake Scott, and Timothy Ryan Scott.

The family will host a celebration of life at a later date.
