He is survived by: his brother Dan Phillips; his second love Maryann Moore of Salem; his daughter Angela Green of Jonesboro; his brothers, Darrel Phillips (Connie) of Paragould and Joe Phillips (Gail) of Mississippi; and his granddaughters, Magan McIntosh (Shane) of Jonesboro, Ashley White, Laura Michelle White of Virginia, Courtney Templemire of Missouri and Cayla Templemire of Missouri.
