Timothy Wellman Obituary

Timothy Wayne Wellman, 56, of Leachville, Arkansas passed away on October 8, 2025 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born on October 25, 1968 in Flint, Michigan to Tommy Wellman and Patricia (Holcomb) Wellman. Timothy was a member of the Souls Harbor Trinity Pentecostal Holiness Church in Manila, Arkansas. He found peace in testifying about his faith in Jesus. He enjoyed cooking, cleaning, singing gospel music, telling jokes, and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include; wife of 13 years: Doris Wellman of the home; mother: Patricia Wellman (Francis Stone) of Marmaduke, Arkansas; two children: Kristy Goans (Daniel) of Manila, Arkansas and Franklin Pierce (Lindsey) of Manila, Arkansas; eight grandchildren: Chloe Pierce, Andrea Goans, Lillie Pierce, Hunter Pierce, Jessika Turpin, Charlie Goans, Phillip Goans, Aubree Pierce; one great grandchild: Forrest; one brother: Mike Wellman (Linda) of Paragould, Arkansas; one sister: Samantha Chiasson of Marmaduke, Arkansas; and a host of other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by; his father: Tommy Wellman.

Those to serve as pallbearers will be Mark Johnson, Charlie Goans, Daniel Goans, A.J. Borden, Eric Wellman and Blake Wellman. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kenny George and Spencer Retherford.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Souls Harbor Trinity Pentecostal Holiness Church in Manila, Arkansas with Bro. David Fair officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Leachville Cemetery in Leachville, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
