He is survived by: his mother Mary Billups (Tucker); his wife Kristy Billups; his sons, William Billups, Justin Billups, Trystan Billups, Tucker Billups (Alyssa) and Timo Billups; his siblings, Barbara Billups, Donnie Billups (Kristie), Chris Billups (Alice), Erin Rogers (Cameron) and Jennifer Billups; his grandchildren, Emma, Jeremiah, Kendra, Khloe, Hailey and Bentley; and his aunts and uncles, Janet Billups, Jean Billups, Barbara (Bill Weber) and Larry (Nancy Tucker). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended relatives and many dear friends.
