She was predeceased by : her parents, R. G. Newton and Sylvia Wingard Newton; and her brother Harold Newton. She is survived by : her son Tim (Carolyn Newton) of Leola; her siblings, Kenny Newton of Leola, Claude Newton (Sally) of Leola, Charlie Newton (Pam) of Leola and Ruth Ellen McGarity; and her grandchildren, Robert Scott Newton, Dusty Clark and Wade Clark (Brandy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
