He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kermit Phillips and Bessie Cockrum Phillips; and his siblings, Dorthy Haye, Mickey Holland, Betty Jo Phillips, Joyce Barnhart, Carl Phillips, James Leroy Phillips and Joseph Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Joanie Phillips; his daughter Cindy Pollard of Monette; his sister Mary Coats of Watson; his grandson Kyle Jeffers (Amy) of Caraway; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Madalyn and Remmington.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Delancey Funeral Home (200 Miles St, Lepanto, AR 72354). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
