He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda and Junior. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Deeds; his children, Robbie Betts (Tammy) of Lepanto, Richard Bowman (Tina) of Hot Springs, Regina Kellie Allen (Tim Malone) of Lepanto and Rodney Bowman of Dallas, Texas.; and his sisters, Gail Long of Manila, Penny Tate (Bobby) of Manila and Patsy Wilson (Jeff) of Manila. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (12411 State Hwy 140, Lepanto, AR 72354). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
