With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Benny Holsted of Leslie, Arkansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Greely Holsted and Zona Ann King Holsted; his daughter Kari Holsted; and his sisters, Willie Mae Rackley and Carmie Giebel.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Overholt Holsted; his son Kevin Overholt of Leslie; his grandchildren, Benjamin Balcom, Elizabeth Overholt, Todd Overholt, Melissa Passmore (Austin), Becky Tilley and Charles Tilley; his great grandchildren, Daniel, Bristol Passmore and Tisha Davis; his sister Barbara Thompson of Elk City, Oklahoma; and his half-sister Emma Eaton of Albany, Oregon.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roller Coffman Funeral Home (923 US-65, Marshall, AR 72650). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
