Jack Rains Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Rains of Leslie, Arkansas, who passed away on July 14, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jack may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jack touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Rains and Emmie Rains; and his wife Shirley Lorraine Hubbard Rains. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Rains (Maryanne) of Springfield, AR, Samuel Rains of Leslie and Shirlynn "Jeanie" Rains of Leslie; his grandchildren, David Rains (Wanda) of Canaan and Aiden Rexington (Kai) of Ava, MO; and his siblings, Carl Rains of Leslie and Betty Jean Horton of Marshall.
