She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabrey Douglas Blair and Patricia Jane Little Blair; her husband Joe Glenn Lewis; and her daughter Alexandria Blair Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Ryan Lewis of Leslie, Amanda Ruth Lewis of Leslie and Danielle Lewis of Leslie; her brother Danny Blair (Lisa Wilson) of Shreveport, Louisiana; and her aunt Sharon Blair of Brewer, Massachusetts. She is also survived by several extended family members and good friends.
