He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Ivers and Eva Ivers; and his son Jerrel Nolan Ivers. He is survived by: his wife Christine Ivers; his children, Rodney Ivers (Janice) of Jessieville, Jackie Ivers (Yalonda) of Denison, Cindy Haynes (Randy) of Jones and Barry Ivers of Lewisville, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Pierce, Franklin of Jesse, J. Q., J. T., Marcy, Tyler, Michael, Robert and J. C. Ivers. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Piney Grove Baptist Church in his memory.
