He is survived by: his wife Angela "Angie" Clark; his daughters, Natasha Holt and Shelby Bailey; his sons-in-law, Clifford Holt and Caden Bailey; his grandchildren, Braxton Mullins, Brayden Bailey, Paisyn Holt, Galen Bailey, Elian Bailey, Mackenzie Bailey, Chaske Holt and Samuel Holt; his mother Mildred Gibbs; and his siblings, Kenneth Clark and Rhonda Chavez.
