He is survived by: his significant other Verla Louise Fields; his siblings, Darrell, Dean, Bob and Delores; and his children, Lynne Uselton (Dewayne), Lance Barker (Christi), Toni Phillips and Kerri Brown. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
