He is survived by: his wife Hope Hale; his children, Evan Hale of Tampa, Florida, Johnna Hale (Andrew Felkins) of Lincoln and Mia Hale of Tampa, Florida; his siblings, Scott Hale (Rhonda) of Westville, Troy Norman Hale, Jessica Burdick (Robert) of Sapulpa, Shantel Shelley of Stlwell and Cynthia Hale; and his grandchildren, Adleigh, Aubrey, Avery, Andi and Archer Felkins. He is also survived by parents at their house or his parents.
