She is survived by: her husband Leo Crouch; her sons, Thomas Allen (Melanie) and Steven Crouch (Teressa); her grandchildren, Zach Deaton (April), Aaron Curry, Tamzen Allen (Jordan Arnold), Tana Chapman (Clayton Palmer), Trystan Crouch (Nathan Hale), Morgan Lamb and Hazen Brumley; her great grandchildren, Colton, Harper Deaton, Waylon and River Lamb; her siblings, Paul, David and Mary; Amber. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
