He is survived by: his wife Debbie Pershall; his children, Michael Pershall, Scotty (Shelly Pershall), Casey (Gina Pershall), Cristy (Dylan Brooks) and Mandy (Mitch Bartholomew); his grandchildren, Cason Pershall, Jalen Pershall, Sylas Pershall, Staton Pershall, Ashton Pershall, Weston Bartholomew, McKinley Stamps, Camree Umberson, Rayleigh Bartholomew, Addie Pershall, Malorie Lloyd and Oaklee Pershall; his great grandchild Stetson Lloyd; his brothers, Butch Pershall and Wendell Pershall; and his extended family, Kim, Bo Jones, Ryan Patterson, Michael, Linda Morgan, Chris, Ashley Reeves and Madison Jones.
